About This Role
- Own and deliver data science and AI project workstreams, driving measurable business outcomes and enhancing product capabilities.
- Design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics models for supply chain optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or Digital Supply Chain Consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used data science, machine learning, and generative AI frameworks and libraries.
- Experience working with European customers and in international project environments.

- Experience delivering data-driven solutions focused on supply chain optimization and transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable taking ownership of defined workstreams with accountability for deliverables and outcomes in complex, cross-functional projects.
- Able to independently solve problems, communicate complex concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
