About This Role
- Design, integrate, profile, and optimize system software for high-performance AI workloads on Snapdragon platforms (CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, NPUs).
- Drive feature adoption and maximize performance on Windows AI platforms through system-level solutions, profiling, and resolving integration/performance issues.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, tools, architecture, and test teams globally to develop and optimize AI solutions and perform competitive benchmarking.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML application development.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with embedded software, operating systems, driver development, and knowledge of high-performance processor architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has deep expertise in platform software for CPUs and NPUs for AI workloads, including optimization on resource-constrained devices.
- Experienced in architecting and implementing software frameworks for heterogeneous or multi-processor systems with strong understanding of AI software stack and hardware acceleration.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary global teams and to lead performance-driven development and integration efforts for AI systems on Snapdragon SoCs.
