About This Role
- Manage and process high volumes of corporate actions and income transactions including accruals, record date balancing, and payments for traded stock, stock lending, and client positions.
- Supervise day-to-day deliverables of assigned subprocesses, execute controls (4 eyes principle), handle escalations, ensure SLA adherence, and manage team activities including leave management and training.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (DBOI, onshore/nearshore teams, brokers, clients, custodians) to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance and robust control environment.

- Proven experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in complex situations; excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
