About This Role
- Lead modernization of core network security platforms from design to deployment in public cloud environments.
- Design and implement resilient, high-availability data pathways and multi-variable routing solutions globally.
- Define and execute technical roadmap for cloud security infrastructure while providing hands-on development and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ programming for systems engineering.
- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN), NAT, load balancing and firewall/secure web gateway extensions to cloud.
- Extensive experience in Unix/Linux environments and core networking or cloud security infrastructure.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies applied in network security contexts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, loosely coupled cloud architectures with a focus on network security and public cloud platforms.
- Capable of driving complex technical roadmaps and mentoring engineers through hands-on leadership.
- Skilled in integrating AI/ML into network telemetry and security automation, with familiarity of cloud provisioning tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
