About This Role
- Architect and implement REST APIs and backend services with high availability and low latency, handling large-scale data.
- Manage development tasks including mentoring developers, overseeing work allocation and delivery ownership.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and drive improvements for scalability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and Node.js, with experience in frameworks like Express JS and Restify.
- Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring software developers, with accountability for delivery and performance feedback.
- Strong backend engineering skills, including building scalable services and deep technical knowledge of Node.js internals and cloud architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying GenAI-powered backend tools and working knowledge of modern development practices like microservices and clean architecture.
