About This Role
- Lead integration and configuration of software components within Vehicle ECU environment ensuring seamless interaction and compliance with system requirements.
- Develop and validate integrated models in MATLAB/Simulink according to OEM standards, participate in reviews, and independently manage alignment with customer requirements.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues, improve processes, provide trainings, and mentor junior members for quality and efficiency enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years experience in Model-Based Design using Simulink/Stateflow preferably in Automotive domain.
- Educational qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Communication / Electrical / VLSI / Embedded Systems or B.E./B.Tech in Automobile / ECE / CS / EEE with good academics.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, RTW, and MBD validation approaches (MIL, SIL).
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture aligned with ISO 26262, automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN), and software lifecycle.

- Experienced in automotive software integration with strong technical expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and AUTOSAR.
- Capable of independent project delivery ensuring adherence to standards and quality-cost-time targets.
- Skilled in mentoring, training, customer interaction, and continuous process improvement in an automotive R&D setting.
