About This Role
- Own integration and configuration of software components within Vehicle ECU environment ensuring module interaction and compliance with system requirements.
- Develop Integrated Models in MATLAB/Simulink per OEM, perform system testing, analyze issues, and implement improvements to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Engage with customers and suppliers on software integration queries; provide training and mentorship to peers and junior members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years experience in Model-Based Design using Simulink/Stateflow, preferably in Automotive domain.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and integration with AUTOSAR architecture aligned with ISO 26262.
- Educational qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Communication/Electrical/VLSI/Embedded Systems or B.E./B.Tech in Automobile/ECE/CS/EEE with good academic background.
- Proficiency with configuration tools (SVN, Dimension, Git) and compilation tools (Visual Studio, Tasking compiler, GHS, High-tech).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional capable of independently handling software integration projects with high autonomy and delivering against QCD targets.
- Strong domain expertise in Automotive software development lifecycle, Model-Based Design workflows, AUTOSAR, and ISO 26262 compliance.
- Effective communicator with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with external stakeholders, and enhance team capabilities through training and mentorship.
