About This Role
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of company and contact data in Salesforce and connected systems by resolving duplicates, outdated records, and incorrect relationships.
- Research and verify company information such as legal names, parent-subsidiary relationships, locations, industries, and firmographics using multiple sources.
- Contribute to data automation projects using Syncari, Slack, and AI tools, including testing workflows and reporting issues to improve data maintenance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in data research, data operations, sales operations, or similar roles (internships and relevant projects count).
- Strong understanding of company structures, including parent companies, subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.

- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess data source credibility and quality.
- Capable of investigating data problems to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
