About This Role
- Own end-to-end General Ledger (GL) monthly closing and reporting processes for Sanofi Business Services, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and SOX requirements.
- Review and reconcile automatic postings and balance sheet/P&L accounts, manage manual journal entries, and deliver accurate financial reports and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, and support knowledge transfer and coaching of junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in accounting or finance; Professional qualification CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in GL accounting, with 1-2 years if holding CA/ACCA/CPA, preferably in an international multicultural environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO as an end user and strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.

- Strong operational focus on GL accounting, month-end closing, and compliance with global accounting standards and internal controls.
