About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery tasks (design, development, testing, deployment, documentation) for Ethoca's product suite enhancements.
- Lead integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience while ensuring code quality and engineering standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated validation frameworks and drive shift-left quality practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience covering the entire SDLC.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript; experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile and DevOps environments and capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficient in developing automation frameworks and maintaining high-quality code standards within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with complex distributed systems and data validation using SQL and DBT testing tools.
