About This Role
- Own administration, maintenance, optimization, and strategic support of enterprise SAP environments to ensure security, availability, scalability, compliance, performance tuning, and cloud initiatives.
- Drive incident, service task, problem ticket resolution, and system optimization ensuring delivery against SLAs and commitments.
- Lead continuous improvement programs focusing on automation, monitoring, and analytics for SAP applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or graduate degree in computer science or related field.
- 9+ years of complex Information Services experience including enterprise application architecture, development, support, and modernization.
- Must be based in Bangalore with 5 days onsite work; shift timing 01:00-10:00 PM IST.
- Experience with SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA & Database administration, upgrades, patch management, disaster recovery, security & compliance, cloud transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise across SAP technology stack including SAP landscape administration, HANA/DBA, transport, print management, cloud and automation.
- Experience with AI-assisted development/support tools like GitHub Copilot, and background in Lean/Continuous Improvement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and bridge technical and business language.
