About This Role
- Lead analysis and execution of data remediation initiatives for customer issues in retail consumer banking.
- Assess impact by quantifying affected customers and financial exposure from remediation issues.
- Manage issue identification, root cause analysis, audit support, and tracking remediation implementation with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in SAS, SQL, RDBMS, Teradata, Unix, MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, with exposure to Big Data and Python.
- Master’s or higher degree in IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or MBA from a premier institute.
- 4-7 years overall experience with at least 2 years in banking industry delivering data solutions.
- Work schedule aligned with North American market hours; Full-time role.

- Experienced in banking domain with understanding of retail banking products, finance regulations, and risk & control metrics.
- Skilled in analytical problem solving, data profiling, MIS reporting, and process optimization.
- Capable of managing complex issues across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
