About This Role
- Design and build LLM-powered AI agents to automate and streamline AI Strategy workflows end-to-end.
- Develop rapid proofs of concept, prototypes, and production-ready solutions integrating emerging AI technologies and business use cases.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services to embed AI capabilities into enterprise applications while maintaining high-quality, reliable products.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
- Fluency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with full-stack development capability.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including proprietary and open-weight LLMs, and AI frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and database knowledge on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling AI-first enterprise applications in regulated or fintech environments with attention to engineering discipline and compliance.
- Strong ability to independently design and own end-to-end features spanning backend and user-facing interfaces with modern AI development frameworks.
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team involving strategy analysts, product managers, and engineers focused on AI innovation and enterprise adoption.
