About This Role
- Lead and execute testing activities for Investor Services Operations focusing on Corporate Actions.
- Design and implement test strategies, plans, scripts, and automation for multiple test phases including SIT and UAT.
- Drive continuous process improvement and support testing lifecycle efficiency, including stakeholder communication and progress tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in testing, specifically with at least 8 years of testing expertise.
- Must have deep knowledge of Corporate Actions domain.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with test methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex testing projects with accountability for deliverables and release management.
- Able to work closely with multiple stakeholders including project managers, business analysts, and UAT professionals.
- Strong operational focus on process improvement and automation in testing environments.
