About This Role
- Lead SAP Data Quality initiatives including data profiling, remediation, quality scorecards, and governance using SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex ETL/DQ pipelines and data flows for SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, HANA Cloud) and execute data migration activities using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and traditional methods.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate data requirements into validation rules, provide training, and deliver actionable data quality reports with continuous monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience specifically in SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services (BODS).
- 6+ years overall experience in enterprise Data Management, Data Quality, Governance, and Data Migration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures), SAP IS Data Insight and Metadata management, SAP BODS, and SAP S/4HANA migration tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expertise in SAP Data Quality tools (SAP Information Steward, BODS) with track record of implementing data quality frameworks at enterprise scale.
- Experienced in complex data transformations and ETL within SAP environments integrating with multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA).
- Capable of working cross-functionally with business data owners and IT teams to ensure data governance and compliance via automated scorecards and remediation strategies.
