About This Role
- Collaborate with EM & PM to deliver business requirements for Java full stack projects.
- Drive reduction of technical debt and improve technology stacks including Java, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Apply expertise in Agentic, GenAI, MCP, Agents, Models, MFE architectures to enhance solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in full stack development with Java.
- Proficiency in Java, React, AWS, PostgreSQL is mandatory.
- Experience working with Agentic, GenAI, MCP, Agents, Models, and knowledge of MFE architecture.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.

- Candidate experienced in working closely with engineering and project management teams for delivering business outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in modern full stack technologies including Java, React, AWS cloud, and database management.
- Demonstrated capability in advanced AI concepts (Agentic, GenAI), micro-frontend (MFE) architecture, and managing technical debt.
