About This Role
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions including LLM/GenAI features focusing on reliability, security, and compliance.
- Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring using tools like MLflow.
- Lead integration of AI models via secure APIs with RBAC/ABAC controls and embed AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance in solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, machine learning, or AI with proven production delivery and technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering; working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based CI/CD tools (GitHub or Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure ML or GCP Vertex AI and understanding of LLM fundamentals including prompting, embeddings, RAG, and guardrails.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operationalising AI solutions at enterprise scale with strong emphasis on security, compliance, and performance optimisation.
- Comfortable leading technical standards and mentoring junior engineers within cross-functional teams in AI/ML contexts.
- Skilled in MLOps frameworks and modern AI stack tools including model lifecycle management and secure API integrations.
