About This Role
- Apply advanced AI/ML methods to challenging engineering and industrial use cases with measurable value.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate frontier AI models, then convert successful experiments into reusable, agent-accessible production software components.
- Design and implement evaluation, benchmarking, and validation processes, collaborating cross-functionally and using CI/CD with cloud platforms like GCP.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in engineering, manufacturing, industrial or related domains.
- Experience building agentic AI systems and converting models/tools into agent-accessible artifacts.
- Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms; GitHub workflows; CI/CD; and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong researcher-engineer able to take AI/ML solutions from problem definition through validation to production-ready components.
- Experienced in deploying and evaluating AI/ML capabilities in industrial engineering contexts.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, and cloud architects, with practices including CI/CD and cloud deployment.
