About This Role
- Independently manage Agile product delivery activities including backlog management and sprint planning to deliver high-quality airline software products on time.
- Leverage AI tools like Jira AI, Confluence AI, and Claude to enhance user story generation, acceptance criteria drafting, and sprint planning efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams, analyze product metrics and market intelligence, and maintain product roadmaps and specifications.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience with proven independent delivery capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in airline technology market with knowledge of competitors like Amadeus, Sabre, PROS, and FLYR.
- Skilled in using generative AI tools to accelerate product workflows, documentation, and market research.
- Strong analytics orientation with ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and familiarity with modern airline retailing concepts such as NDC.
