About This Role
- Lead and manage a global team of software engineers supporting Salesforce Finance and HR systems including Workday HCM and Financials.
- Own end-to-end management, operations, enhancements, and integration of Workday Financials or HCM using MuleSoft and related technologies.
- Drive engineering best practices, agile delivery, talent acquisition, stakeholder communication, and project execution across multiple business areas.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and operations with leadership roles in Finance and HR Systems (Workday / Peoplesoft / Oracle EBS).
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management and/or Financial Transformation projects.
- Proficiency in multiple integration technologies including MuleSoft and Workday integrations (Studio, Orchestrations).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage and mentor global distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong domain expertise in Hire to Retire HR processes or Finance processes (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Perform).
- Experienced in vendor and contractor management and driving engineering and operational excellence in enterprise software environments.
