About This Role
- Investigate and resolve production support cases including defects, access, and integration issues while participating in support rotations.
- Develop and deploy automation tools and AI agents to reduce manual work, improve case classification, system reliability, and prevent recurring incidents.

Minimum Requirements

- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
