About This Role
- Develop and maintain the SIGHT platform's Python backend services, REST APIs, frontend components, and Microsoft Power BI dashboards for security, compliance, and engineering data visualization.
- Build and manage dataflows and pipelines integrating security and enterprise data, enabling scalable reporting and AI-assisted automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Apply CI/CD practices using Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Podman while collaborating with product and security teams to translate security needs into product features and ensure agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in application, tooling, platform, or full stack development including Python development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Podman.
- Knowledge of backend/API development (FastAPI, Uvicorn/Gunicorn, REST APIs), frontend/reporting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and data engineering concepts (PySpark, data modelling).
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, computer science, or related disciplines; practical knowledge or experience in secure software development or application security.

- Experienced in full stack development with strong focus on security and data analytics platforms, particularly within complex enterprise environments.
- Operates well within Agile and SAFe frameworks, capable of working independently and collaborating across diverse teams involving product management, security, and engineering.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure including security fundamentals, production operations, and automation using AI-assisted tools.
