About This Role
- Manage end-to-end global payment operations covering SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED Payments, FX Transactions, RTGS, NEFT, and internal transfers.
- Lead and oversee a team of 10+ members ensuring timely execution, service delivery, and SLA adherence.
- Drive operational controls including escalations, MIS reporting, payment validation, and process improvements globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in Payments, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Transfer Agency.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED Payments, FX settlements, and cash management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Prior team management experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing large global payment teams in cross-jurisdiction environments.
- Proven ability to handle complex payment investigations and fund-related transactions with high accuracy.
- Background or knowledge in Hedge Funds and Private Equity is a plus but not mandatory.
