About This Role
- Own end-to-end Service Cloud implementation and support for U.S.-based clients.
- Design, develop, and automate Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce application issues to enhance client business processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and support.
- Hands-on development skills with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura components, and proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration expertise (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc.).
- Job location: Noida/Hybrid; work shift: US Shift (5PM-2AM / 6PM-3AM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing consulting roles integrating Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Technically skilled in both Salesforce configuration and custom development to deliver scalable solutions.
- Capable of diagnosing complex system issues and implementing automation to maximize Salesforce ROI.
