About This Role
- Lead multiple functions within Analytics & Insights, managing subordinate managers and ensuring delivery of strategic business initiatives.
- Oversee governance, reporting strategy, productivity programs, and operating model effectiveness to support Performance and Front Office Solutions services.
- Develop and execute business strategy, resource planning, and process improvements across global teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- College or University degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience leading investment operations, investment performance, analytics, compliance, risk reporting, and client servicing environments.
- Eligibility for Internal partners: M4 or SVP with minimum 4 years of experience; M5 with minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and global stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.

- Experienced leader in investment operations and analytics with strong program and change management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex strategic initiatives involving multiple disciplines and global stakeholders.
