About This Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) implementations and enhancements including configuration of service orders, contracts, notifications, billing, and invoicing.
- Support business process design by analyzing requirements, performing system testing (SIT, UAT), production support, defect resolution, and data migration validation.
- Deliver end-user training, prepare functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams, and provide regular project status updates to project leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Service Management (SM).
- At least 2 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SM implementation projects completed.
- Experience in configuring Service Orders, In-house Repair, Customer Service Processing, Contracts, Warranties, and Billing Integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory; experience with global clients and US shift work is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP S/4HANA SM functional consultant capable of independently managing design, configuration, testing, and support activities.
- Strong understanding of service business processes with ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (ABAP, stakeholders) and working in global project environments.
