About This Role
- Own hands-on configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of a global Manhattan Active WM template for a large multi-customer rollout across dozens of warehouse sites annually.
- Independently configure and maintain reusable Manhattan Active WM components, ensuring adherence to approved functional designs and template standards while avoiding customer-specific complexities.
- Support implementation teams through SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization phases including troubleshooting configuration issues and knowledge transfer to client and regional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience configuring and implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including at least 2 years of recent hands-on Manhattan Active WM configuration.
- Practical experience with Manhattan Active Configuration Director, configuration strategies, business rules, workflows, and related dependencies.
- Strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
- Able to work US business hours (evening and night shift IST) with occasional international travel; valid US B1/B2 visa is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global program environments handling multi-customer WMS rollouts and maintaining scalable, reusable configuration templates.
- Comfortable working independently within structured configuration governance and quality frameworks, escalates design issues appropriately.
- Proficient in supporting testing, deployment, and stabilization in complex warehouse technology stacks including integration orchestration (WES, ASRS, AMR, GTP, WCS).
