About This Role
- Lead and manage complex IT projects and programs involving multiple technology disciplines and significant business process re-engineering.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations, on-time and on-budget completion.
- Build and lead cross-functional, global teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and managing project risks and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher OR equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional and global IT project teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies and able to manage complex projects with significant business process components.
- Comfortable reporting to and engaging with senior business and technology leaders and solving complex project issues.
