About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain Contingent Labor Management and Services Procurement workflows within SAP Fieldglass.
- Lead master data integrations and troubleshoot connectivity with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, ERP, and other enterprise ecosystems.
- Provide tier-2/3 support resolving issues related to timesheets, invoicing, onboarding/offboarding, and supplier environments; build reports and dashboards for workforce spend and supplier performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support including at least one end-to-end greenfield implementation.
- Proven experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party applications.
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering.
- Immediate joiner preferred; work experience in global project environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant skilled in full lifecycle SAP Fieldglass deployments, including requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization.
- Proficient in managing client workshops, stakeholder communication, UAT support, go-live, and hypercare phases in global projects.
- Strong technical and functional troubleshooting ability across integrations and support for contingent workforce management processes.
