About This Role
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, and supply chain planning to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain forecast data from ERP and other forecasting tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, marketing, and logistics to align demand plans with business objectives and operational constraints.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of experience in supply chain, specifically with demand forecasting and ERP data management.
- Any Graduation degree is required.
- Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as indicated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing moderately complex supply chain problems with minimal guidance and some team leadership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with demand planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, stockouts, and fill rates.
- Capable of collaborating across multiple departments to drive aligned and data-driven supply chain decisions.
