About This Role
- Manage order to cash operations focusing on billing processing, cash application, invoicing, order management, and reconciliation.
- Analyze and resolve lower-complexity billing and cash application issues, coordinating with sales teams and customers.
- Contribute to optimizing working capital and streamlining billing processes, reporting to supervisors and working under moderate supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Order to Cash billing processing.
- Any Graduation degree.
- Knowledge of cash applications, invoicing, order management, reconciliation, and financial transaction processes.
- Availability to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end order to cash cycle including cash applications and billing.
- Able to work independently with moderate supervision and focused scope of work, interacting mainly with internal peers.
- Comfortable with routine problem solving and limited client exposure, prioritizing accuracy and adherence to instructions.
