About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Finance Operations Transformation and Global Business Services (GBS) design projects including operating model, organization structure, and cost transformation.
- Drive client engagements, including managing conversations, proposals, sales pipeline, and executing Gen AI-related projects within finance and multi-function shared services.
- Lead large scale program management across geographies, supervise teams, and deliver on-time, on-budget complex transformation initiatives with multinational clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years experience in Finance Operations Transformation and GBS design to implementation projects.
- MBA (Finance) from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school, or CA or CMA qualification.
- Location flexibility across Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
- Demonstrated program management expertise with large, complex stakeholder groups and global distributed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with deep knowledge of finance operating models, GBS, GCC and SSC design principles and service frameworks.
- Proven track record in driving finance and multi-function global shared services transformations including implementing cost savings and organizational redesign.
- Strategic thinker adept at managing client relationships, developing proposals, and leading business case creation for operating model and location strategies.
