About This Role
- Lead end-to-end creation of client case studies and success stories from interviews through publication on knowledge repositories.
- Manage content trackers and progress reporting, handling large volumes of client stories while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Collaborate extensively with account teams, capability leads, SMEs, and senior leadership to gather technical details and ensure impactful, simplified narratives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in content curation and writing, preferably with AI-assisted content tools.
- Any Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel, and knowledge of SharePoint; experience with AI-assisted content tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in project management with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Skilled in simplifying complex technical information into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working asynchronously or flexibly as per shifting business needs, with reliable internet connectivity and home working environment.
