About This Role
- Own end-to-end product delivery from initial client discussions through launch and post-launch, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationship management.
- Deliver GenAI-powered applications (LLM, RAG, autonomous agents) and enterprise software platforms that meet client metrics, compliance, and security requirements on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure clear handoffs, risk mitigation, and reliable, scalable AI product deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Product Manager delivering complex enterprise software on time and budget.
- Hands-on experience shipping at least one GenAI product involving LLM, RAG, or agent-based AI with understanding of AI lifecycle and risks.
- Technical understanding of SDLC, APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD to effectively challenge technical estimates and engage with engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-disciplinary teams across design, engineering, QA, and DevOps in enterprise software contexts.
- Comfortable bridging client business needs and technical execution, including risk management and vendor coordination in AI and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex client compliance, security, and industry-specific requirements (preferably in FinTech or Healthcare) into clear actionable product scope.
