About This Role
- Manage and oversee operations across CAD programming, AI-based technology solutions, and estimation costing to ensure on-time project delivery and SLA adherence.
- Lead technical teams, allocate resources, monitor KPIs such as quality, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement through technology and automation.
- Coordinate client communications, manage escalations and delivery risks, prepare operational reports, and implement process improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, CAD, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Experience in technical operations, CAD/CAM, programming, estimation, AI-based technology, or service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, workflows, deadlines, and client-facing projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, operational reporting, and project management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engineering services, manufacturing operations, or technical outsourcing with exposure to CNC/CAM programming and project costing.
- Familiar with AI solutions implementation, process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and distributed or international teams with a strong operational leadership focus.
