About This Role
- Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large, complex data sets supporting analytics and business intelligence.
- Lead end-to-end technical ownership including solution architecture, design, development, production support, and continuous improvement of cloud-based data platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers and AI engineers, ensuring engineering excellence, operational reliability, and alignment with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, programming, database administration, or data management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data technologies such as AWS Glue, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, and AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala or Java and proficiency in SQL with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

- Experienced in architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based data solutions with advanced knowledge of big data and cloud-native data platforms.
- Skilled in leading technical solutions, production support, incident management, and improving operational practices in an Agile environment.
- Strong product mindset with ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical designs, and proven leadership in mentoring and managing engineering teams.
