About This Role
- Process and manage sales orders and related documentation in SAP with 24-hour turnaround time, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution, on-time material dispatch, and customer acknowledgements.
- Generate MIS sales reports and monitor open orders and dispatch plans to support delivery commitments and customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in order management and supply chain/logistics in manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Any Degree or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP SD Module mandatory.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

- Experienced in managing SAP SD module related order processing and supply chain functions.
- Comfortable operating in manufacturing/industrial environment with focus on order accuracy and compliance.
- Capable of handling multi-priority tasks with cross-functional coordination and customer follow-up.
