About This Role
- Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP/ERP ensuring accuracy and timely entry within 24 hours of customer PO receipt.
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules, coordinating shipments with warehouse and transport partners to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support import/export operations including documentation, customs clearance coordination, and compliance with trade regulations, while maintaining thorough records and generating related MIS reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in order management and supply chain/logistics in manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in SAP (specifically SD module) and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in processing orders and managing end-to-end supply chain operations within manufacturing or industrial contexts.
- Able to coordinate complex dispatch and shipment processes, including import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Proficient in SAP SD module with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.
