About This Role
- Develop, design, and deliver software components for JPMorgan Chase's Agentic AI technology products ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
- Write secure, high-quality code in one or more languages (Java, Python, Golang) with limited guidance, utilizing AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
- Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to secure, stable application development and technical troubleshooting within the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal degree in software engineering concepts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of applied software development experience in a large corporate environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Golang) and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within agile software development environments incorporating CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
- Practical exposure to system design, application development, testing, and operational stability specifically related to AI agent technologies.
- Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs and integrate automation in software development processes.
