About This Role
- Develop, test, and deploy AI, Generative AI, and analytics solutions using Azure AI services and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and implement GenAI applications including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool integrations for automation.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and support production deployments on Azure cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, analytics, AI, data engineering, or application development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and delivering cloud-native applications on Azure with relevant services (App Service, Functions, Azure AI Foundry, AKS, etc).
- Strong Python development skills and experience building REST APIs, microservices, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and deploying GenAI solutions with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and responsible AI controls.
- Capable of balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and collaborating with global onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments.
- Proficient in software architecture principles, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production support including performance optimization.
