About This Role
- Analyze healthcare and insurance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting business decisions.
- Define KPIs and develop dashboards, reports and management insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Validate, reconcile, and interpret complex data from multiple systems to provide actionable statistical recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics with minimum experience in Health insurance or Healthcare domain.
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Experience in statistical analysis, KPI design, data cleansing, validation, and analytical data modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in health insurance or healthcare datasets, including claims and utilization data.
- Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in enterprise or public sector environments.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to translate analytical requirements into results.
