About This Role
- Lead and develop a software engineering team in Pune delivering AI-enabled product capabilities aligned with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud priorities.
- Own delivery planning translating product and technical priorities into team plans, milestones, and clear execution commitments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI practices, engineering standards, and operational readiness for production-ready AI features.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of people management experience in software engineering teams.
- 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise applications, cloud services, platforms, or AI-enabled products.
- Role is Hybrid based in Pune, India.

- Experienced manager who can combine technical judgment with people leadership to guide AI feature delivery from concept to production.
- Skilled in cloud-native architectures, software engineering best practices, and emerging AI technologies applied in product contexts.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, UX, quality, and platform teams in a globally distributed environment to meet delivery commitments.
