About This Role
- Design, build, and own backend services and features end-to-end with hands-on coding responsibility.
- Use AI development tools (Cursor/Claude) daily to create custom skills/tools/agents enhancing team productivity.
- Ensure code quality via unit and integration testing, code reviews, and maintain engineering hygiene; mentor junior engineers and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech/BE from Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT or equivalent) mandatory.
- Minimum 9 years of work experience in backend development using Java/Golang/Node.js/C#.
- Strong hands-on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude).
- Location requirement: Bengaluru or Gurugram office.

- Experienced in building scalable and complex backend systems with high throughput.
- Comfortable working hands-on with AI coding tools and integrating AI to boost engineering productivity.
- Able to own modules end-to-end and contribute beyond coding by mentoring juniors and elevating technical standards through rigorous engineering practices.
