About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of SaaS product initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, and release schedules.
- Manage multi-team Agile programs coordinating cross-functional teams such as engineering, DevOps, QA, data, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Lead project governance activities including risk management, executive reporting, dependency tracking, and post-mortem retrospectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in software delivery or project management with at least 3 years managing multi-team Agile programs or equivalent roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech/B.E.). MBA in Operations/Product Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to handle distributed global teams and client interactions, working full-time with some US Central Time overlap.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Azure DevOps and/or Jira for reporting and dashboards, with strong technical literacy in Azure and .NET microservices.

- Experienced in managing enterprise client projects with multiple stakeholder groups and without direct reporting authority.
- Strong delivery execution skills demonstrated by managing dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and maintaining realistic ETAs within Agile frameworks.
- Technically proficient with SaaS, CI/CD, and cloud architectures enabling credible engagement with engineering and DevOps teams.
