About This Role
- Lead and manage translation and localization activities for multiple clinical studies, coordinating with internal teams, clients, CROs, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation throughout the study lifecycle while applying rigorous quality control to translated content.
- Manage translation vendors, budgets, and project risks, facilitating client-facing communications and providing subject matter guidance on linguistic validation and regulatory submission strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Business, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of project management or closely related experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years in project management or closely related; experience in clinical research, life sciences, localization, or regulated environments preferred.
