About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of healthcare IT programmes including scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders including government, healthcare teams, vendors, and technical workstreams while managing risks, quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct governance reviews, prepare reports, drive decisions and escalations, and ensure documentation, change adoption, and successful rollout.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT or Health Administration; minimum 6 years in Public Healthcare and Project Management.
- Relevant degree such as BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech or equivalent plus PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent.
- Experience delivering similar project management responsibilities in enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Location requirement: Delhi or Vijayawada.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex public healthcare IT or large government digital programmes with familiarity in healthcare IT systems and public healthcare programmes.
- Proficient in project management methodologies including SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, procurement, vendor management, and governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
