About This Role
- Own end-to-end product outcomes for BYLD Group's staffing platform, including roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled features.
- Design and prototype AI and automation workflows integrated into platform architecture, focusing on measurable efficiency improvements (e.g., turnaround time, recruiter productivity).
- Manage stakeholder requests, sprint execution, product adoption, and operational cadence including backlog management, release coordination, and metric tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of product management or product operations experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment tech, HR-tech, or operations-heavy B2B platforms.
- Proven hands-on experience improving operational efficiency with AI and automation and embedding AI (LLM, OCR, automation) into product architecture.
- Technical proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), workflow/integration tools (Zapier, n8n), and product/project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years in relevant Product Management/Product Operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operationally intensive product environments with multi-stakeholder management across business, engineering, and operations teams.
- Skilled builder and prototype developer able to create AI automations and design workflows hands-on, with strong architecture knowledge for AI feature integration.
- Detail-oriented operator who can maintain consistent product processes, documentation, sprint reporting, and use data-driven insights to manage feature adoption and product impact.
