About This Role
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for ERP and web applications targeted at the jewellery industry.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless user experiences and design accuracy.
- Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UI improvements for dashboards, forms, and data-heavy modules.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in web or software projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular basics.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical understanding of web application structure and design systems suitable for ERP solutions.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and applying design thinking to enhance product usability.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
