About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and backend services using React.js, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces, REST APIs, microservices, data integrations, and event-driven messaging with Kafka.
- Ensure code quality via testing, debugging, secure coding practices, and actively collaborate in Agile teams for delivery and support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience across front-end and backend.
- Strong expertise in React.js (including Hooks, state management), Java with Spring Boot, and Python coding.
- Experience with REST API design and integration, PostgreSQL databases, and Kafka event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with engineering best practices: unit/integration testing, CI/CD, Git, code reviews, and Agile methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building distributed microservices architectures integrating front-end, backend, and messaging components.
- Knowledgeable in financial services domain, especially transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, or fund administration (preferred).
- Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile teams, managing full lifecycle from design to production support for financial or transaction-based systems.
