About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end web interfaces using React.js and reusable UI components.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices primarily using Go (Golang) and Python.
- Build and manage event-driven processing integrations with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, ensuring reliability and fault tolerance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of software development experience including hands-on backend development with Go and front-end development with React.
- Strong practical experience with Go (language fundamentals, error handling, interfaces, goroutines, concurrency patterns).
- Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive UI development (Material UI and SASS preferred).
- Experience with REST API design, Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging, PostgreSQL database design, and unit/integration testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack engineer with deep expertise in building reliable distributed microservice architectures and event-driven systems.
- Familiar with Transfer Agency or Financial Services domain, especially transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, or fund administration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working across front-end, backend, messaging, and database layers within Agile teams and engaging in code reviews and CI/CD practices.
